Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. You may now pay by credit card via PayPal without setting up an account.

If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a personal check. If you are a first-time customer, we must have your check in hand and it must clear before we can ship your order. If no payment is received within 14 days of your order, your order will be cancelled and the items returned to inventory.  We apologize for any inconvenience or delay that this may cause, but we are a very small company. Each and every order is important to us and payment for each order is important for our continued success.

If you are a repeat customer with an established check payment history, this policy may be waived.

Return / Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES. Kettlepot Soap cannot accept sold items for return or exchange. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Delivery Information

Shipping charges are calculated by weight for delivery by the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. 

Our typical turnaround time (TAT) for most orders is 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. Please note that orders with custom scented items make take a bit longer to prepare.

TAT may lengthen during sales or around the holidays.

Pre-order items

We are happy to now offer pre-ordering for soap or other products that need time to cure or dry.

Please note that if your order includes pre-order items, shipping for your order will be delayed until your pre-order item(s) are ready for shipment.  We cannot ship your order in multiple packages; your entire order will be shipped together when all pre-order items are ready for shipment.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
