Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

Kettlepot Soap accepts payment by check or PayPal. As the company grows, so will our payment options. Right now, the shopping cart is only set up to calculate for items shipped to the United States and Canada.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using PayPal to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a personal check. If you opt to pay by check, we trust that you will send payment prior to shipment or immediately upon receipt of your items. We are a small business and thank you for your adherence to our check policies.

Return / Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES. Kettlepot soap cannot accept sold items for return or exchange. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated by weight for delivery by the United States Postal Service. We do not charge a handling fee. At this time, First Class, Priority and Express Mail are options available to you.

Please note that discrepancies of less than about 1$ between the estimated and actual postage will not be refunded nor will we charge extra in the event that the actual postage exceeds the estimated postage.

Order Processing - TAT

Our typical turnaround time (TAT) for most orders is 1-3 business days from receipt. Please note that orders with custom scented items make take a bit longer to prepare.

TAT may lengthen during sales or around the holidays.
