Please note these important changes to our pay by check policy!

Kettlepot Soap accepts payment by check or PayPal. We have, in good faith, shipped orders to customers who pay by check prior to receipt of payment from the customer. We are afraid that we can no longer adhere to this generous policy.

This year, despite sending friendly reminders, a number of first-time customers have failed to remit check payment upon receipt of their order.

If you are a first-time customer, we must now have your check in hand before we can ship your order. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay that this may cause, but we are a very small company. Each and every order is important to us and payment for each order is important for our continued success.

If you are a repeat customer with an established payment history, this policy may be waived.

Return / Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES. Kettlepot soap cannot accept sold items for return or exchange. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated by weight for delivery by the United States Postal Service. We do not charge a handling fee. At this time, First Class, Priority and Express Mail are options available to you.

Please note that discrepancies of less than about 1$ between the estimated and actual postage will not be refunded nor will we charge extra in the event that the actual postage exceeds the estimated postage.

Order Processing - TAT

Our typical turnaround time (TAT) for most orders is 1-3 business days from receipt of your check. Please note that orders with custom scented items make take a bit longer to prepare.

TAT may lengthen during sales or around the holidays.
